We supply the Superb Peptides catalog for laboratory research use only. Catalog items are not for human or animal consumption, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, cosmetic, food, supplement, or household use. The Research Use Disclaimer is part of these terms. Please read it carefully.

You may browse or order from the catalog only if you (a) are of the age of majority in your province or country of residence, (b) are buying catalog items for laboratory research, and (c) accept the research-use-only terms in full. We may decline any order at our reasonable discretion.

An order is a request to buy. We accept it only once we confirm that it has shipped. Pricing, availability, and catalog details may change without notice. If pricing, stock, or labeling is shown in error, we may correct it before we accept the order. If you have already placed the order, we may refund and cancel it.

You pay by Interac e-Transfer or in Bitcoin (including Lightning). For Bitcoin, you can use a secure hosted checkout that confirms payment on its own once the transaction clears on-chain, or you can send Bitcoin to a shown address that we confirm by hand. We confirm Interac e-Transfers by hand when they arrive. We do not store payment card numbers, bank login details, or wallet credentials.

We ship across Canada through Canada Post with secure packaging by default. Canada Post transit times are estimates, not guarantees. We review international orders one at a time, so please contact us before you place one. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the order ships. This is subject to the damaged-in-transit handling described on the Shipping & Storage page.

If a shipment arrives compromised, such as physical damage, leaking, or unsuitable packaging, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs. We arrange replacements or credits at our reasonable discretion. You do not need to return compromised material. Dispose of it under your lab's standard procedures.

Superb Peptides does not provide usage, dosing, administration, route-of-administration, reconstitution-for-humans, or human-consumption guidance. We make no medical, performance, fat-loss, muscle-growth, anti-aging, longevity, fertility, sexual-performance, or disease-treatment claims. You agree not to reuse catalog content for any of these claims or to suggest that we endorse any such use.

We may decline, suspend, or cancel an order at any stage, before or after it ships, if the order or the buyer's stated context does not fit the research-use-only terms. We refund any amount you paid for an order we cancel.

Superb Peptides owns the catalog content, layout, brand marks, photographs, and product write-ups, or uses them with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative works from this content without our written consent. You may use it for internal, non-commercial research reference.

You are responsible for keeping the contact information on an order accurate. We send all messages about an order to the email on that order. Please send any question from the same email address so we can verify who you are.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Superb Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any use of catalog items outside the research-use-only context. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Superb Peptides harmless from claims arising out of (a) your breach of these terms or the Research Use Disclaimer, (b) your use of catalog items outside the research-use-only context, or (c) your handling, storage, or disposal of catalog items in violation of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts located in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the catalog after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
