An order is a request to purchase — it is accepted only once we confirm dispatch. Pricing, availability, and catalog metadata may change without notice. Where pricing, stock, or labeling is shown in error, we may correct it before accepting the order, or refund and cancel the order if it has already been placed.

Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer or in Bitcoin (including Lightning). Bitcoin may be processed through a secure hosted checkout that confirms payment automatically once the transaction clears on-chain, or paid to a displayed address and confirmed manually. Interac e-Transfers are confirmed manually on receipt. We do not store payment card numbers, bank login details, or wallet credentials.

We ship Canada-wide via Canada Post using secure packaging by default. Canada Post transit times are estimates and not guarantees. International handling is reviewed on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before placing an international order. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on dispatch, subject to the damaged-in-transit handling described on the Shipping & Storage page.

If a shipment arrives compromised — with physical damage, leaking, or otherwise unsuitable packaging — notify us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. Replacements or credits are arranged at our reasonable discretion. We do not require return of compromised material; dispose of it under your lab's standard procedures.

Superb Peptides does not provide usage, dosing, administration, route-of-administration, reconstitution-for-humans, or human-consumption guidance, and makes no medical, performance, fat-loss, muscle-growth, anti-aging, longevity, fertility, sexual-performance, or disease-treatment claims. You agree not to repurpose catalog content for any of these claims or to imply our endorsement of any such use.

We may decline, suspend, or cancel an order — at any stage, before or after dispatch — where the order or the buyer's stated context appears incompatible with the research-use-only terms. Amounts paid for orders we cancel are refunded.

The catalog content, layout, brand marks, photographs, and product write-ups are owned by Superb Peptides or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent, except for internal, non-commercial research reference.

You are responsible for keeping the contact information on an order accurate. Communications about an order are sent to the email on the order. Inquiries should be made from the same email address so we can verify the requester.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Superb Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any use of catalog items outside the research-use-only context. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Superb Peptides harmless from claims arising out of (a) your breach of these terms or the Research Use Disclaimer, (b) your use of catalog items outside the research-use-only context, or (c) your handling, storage, or disposal of catalog items in violation of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts located in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the catalog after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
