Shipping & Storage
Canada Post shipping, Canada-wide.
Every order ships from our Ontario lab via Canada Post in secure, discreet packaging — choose tracked or untracked at checkout. The summary below covers dispatch windows, delivery times by region, what's included, and how we handle issues in transit.
Secure, Discreet Packaging
Each item ships in a secure outer box with the vial nested in protective inserts to limit movement in transit. Packaging is plain and discreet.
Weekday Dispatch
Orders leave the lab on weekdays — typically Monday through Wednesday — to keep transit times short and avoid sitting in the network over a weekend.
Canada Post Shipping
All orders ship via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, or Priority depending on destination and weight) with tracked, signature-on-request service. Your Canada Post tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipping label is generated.
Storage on Receipt
Move lyophilized vials to 2–8°C refrigeration on receipt and protect from light. Long-term storage is generally at −20°C — see each product page for product-specific notes.
Delivery Times
Typical transit by region.
Canada Post dispatch estimates (not from order placement). Orders placed Thursday afternoon or Friday usually dispatch the following Monday.

Issues in transit
If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive.
If a package arrives compromised — packaging opened, crushed, or otherwise unsuitable — hold the items, photograph the packaging, and email the catalog team within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the shipment with Canada Post and arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.
If a package arrives physically damaged (a broken vial, leaking packaging, or visible transit damage) — keep the parcel and the Canada Post label, photograph the damage, and contact us within 48 hours. We replace at our cost.
If a package doesn't arrive — please give the tracking 1–2 business days past Canada Post's "out for delivery" or last-scan update, then email the team with the order number. We will open a trace with Canada Post and re-ship if needed.
Replacements ship on the next dispatch window. We do not require return of compromised material — please dispose of it through your lab's standard process for unsuitable reference materials.
