Quality Standards
Built around clarity, documentation, and research standards.
Superb Peptides focuses on professional product presentation, clear catalog specifications, and organized documentation workflows for research-use materials. The standards below describe what every order receives — without exception.
Standard 01
Product Identification
Every catalog item carries a unique catalog code (e.g. SP-RETA-10), peptide name, alias where applicable, and strength — all visible on the product card, detail page, label, and order summary. Identification is the same in every place it appears.
Standard 02
Storage Clarity
Temperature requirements and light-sensitivity notes appear on every catalog entry. The default for our catalog is 2–8°C, refrigerated, protected from light. Long-term storage notes are included where they differ.
Standard 03
Documentation Workflow
Certificate of Analysis (COA) references, batch and lot identifiers, and label revisions are tracked internally for every shipped item. Verified research customers can request batch-specific documentation through the contact page.
Standard 04
Label Consistency
A single labeling system applies across the catalog — same fields, same hierarchy, same disclaimer language on every vial. No marketing copy is layered onto labels.
Standard 05
Batch & Lot Records
Each shipment is associated with a lot identifier. Lot and expiration are encoded on the label and reflected in our internal catalog metadata. Lot history can be referenced if you need to match documentation later.
Standard 06
Research-Use-Only Compliance
"For research use only" is printed on every label, displayed on every product card and detail page, included in the cart drawer, and confirmed at checkout. It is non-skippable, on purpose.
Documentation Workflow
How to request a Certificate of Analysis.
Documentation is tied to the lot you received. Here is how to request it after an order, and what we will return.
Step 01
Order placed
Every shipped order is associated with a lot identifier in our internal catalog. You don't have to do anything special at checkout — the record is created automatically.
Step 02
Documentation request
Email superbpeptide@gmail.com from the address on the order, with the order number and catalog code in the subject (e.g. "Documentation · SP-XXXX-XX · ORDER NUMBER"). Email is the only contact channel.
Step 03
Verification
We confirm the requesting party against the order on file. Documentation is sent only to the original order's email.
Step 04
Documentation returned
Available references (COA, batch identifier, storage record, label revision) are returned via email. We do not host them publicly.
What a COA reference contains
COA references include the catalog item, lot identifier, the testing party where applicable, and any documented purity, mass-spectrometry, or HPLC notes available for that lot. Where third-party documentation is not yet available for a given lot, that is disclosed directly — we do not approximate.
Honest About What We Don't Claim
A short list, kept short on purpose.
We do not claim purity guarantees beyond what supporting third-party documentation establishes for a given lot.
We do not publish blanket COAs that claim to cover unspecified batches — documentation is matched to the lot you received.
We do not make medical, therapeutic, dosing, or human-use claims about any catalog item.
We do not describe products with marketing language layered onto the science — research summaries reflect academic literature, not promotional copy.
All products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption. Not for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, or household use. Product information is provided for research identification and catalog purposes only.
