We collect only the information needed to operate the catalog, process orders, and respond to inquiries:

• Order & shipping information — name, email, optional organisation, shipping address, items ordered, order total, shipping method.
• Email correspondence — when you write to superbpeptide@gmail.com we receive your email content, the address you sent from, and any details you include (e.g. order number, organisation). This is the only channel by which we accept inquiries.
• Payment information — orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin. For Bitcoin we may use a hosted checkout provider (OpenNode), which returns a charge identifier and payment status to us. For e-Transfer we receive the standard Interac notification (sender name and amount). We do not see or store payment card numbers, bank login details, or wallet credentials.
• Basic technical information — standard server and request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and operational analytics.

We use the information you provide to:

• fulfil and ship your order, including packaging and tracking;
• communicate about your order, including dispatch and documentation;
• respond to inquiries submitted through the contact page;
• maintain catalog records associated with batch and lot identifiers;
• comply with our research-use-only terms, accounting, and tax obligations;
• operate, secure, and improve the catalog.

We do not use your information for advertising profiling and do not sell personal information to third parties.

We share only the minimum necessary information with carefully selected service providers:

• Canada Post — recipient name, address, and contact details for delivery and tracking. Canada Post handles your information under its own privacy policy.
• Payment processor (OpenNode) — order total and a reference identifier, so payment can be matched to your order. Payment details are handled by the processor under their own privacy terms.
• Email delivery (Resend) — order confirmation and operational emails are sent through a transactional email provider.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate misuse of the service.

Order records (catalog item, lot identifier, customer contact, shipping address, order total) are kept for the period necessary to support documentation requests, returns, accounting, and tax obligations under Canadian law. Inquiry submissions are kept for the period needed to handle and follow up on your message.

Personal information is held on a small, access-controlled operational system and is shared only with the providers listed above. Payment is handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see card or bank details. While we take reasonable precautions, no service can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA), you can ask us to:

• confirm what personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete information that is no longer needed for the purposes above;
• withdraw consent for future use.

The catalog uses only the minimum browser storage necessary to operate — including a shopping cart and admin session storage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking pixels on this site at this time.
