After we ship a tracked order, transit usually takes 1 to 2 business days within the GTA, 2 to 3 elsewhere in Ontario, 2 to 4 to Quebec and the Maritimes, 3 to 5 to the Prairies, and 3 to 6 to BC and the North. Tracked shipping ($20) includes a Canada Post tracking number, emailed as soon as we create the label, with signature on request. Untracked shipping ($10) has no tracking number and can take longer. No. We ship within Canada by Canada Post, so your order never crosses a border or passes through CBSA customs. That also avoids the long transit times of overseas suppliers.

Our peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is generally stable at room temperature for the short time it spends in transit. Move the vials to 2 to 8°C refrigeration, away from light, as soon as they arrive.

SP is the catalog prefix. The middle part is a short identifier for the peptide (RETA = Retatrutide). The last number is the strength per vial in milligrams (10 = 10 mg). The same code appears on the product card, detail page, label, cart, and order summary.

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol added as a preservative. The preservative slows microbial growth, so one bottle can be used for several preparations, while preservative-free sterile water is meant for a single use. The preservative does not slow the chemical breakdown of a peptide.

Yes. A 10 mg freeze-dried cake is a very small amount of material, so a full vial can look nearly empty, and the cake often breaks apart in transit. Neither changes the content. Our lab reports measure the actual milligrams in the vial, and you can request documentation for your lot with your order number.

They are different molecules. BPC-157 is a synthetic 15 amino acid peptide based on a sequence from a gastric protein, and TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4. In the published research, semaglutide acts on the GLP-1 receptor, tirzepatide on the GIP and GLP-1 receptors, and retatrutide on the GIP, GLP-1, and glucagon receptors. Retatrutide is an investigational compound that is not approved by Health Canada. We supply it only as a research reference material and make no claims about outcomes.

No. All sales are final, because once a vial leaves our lab we can't verify how it was handled, so returned stock can never re-enter the catalog. Damaged or missing parcels are different: report them within 48 hours and we replace them at our cost, with no return required.

For your exact lot, email superbpeptide@gmail.com from the address on your order with the order number and catalog code in the subject (e.g. "Documentation · ORDER NUMBER"). We verify the requester against the order and return the lot-specific documentation by email.

The COA on each product page is representative of recent tested production. Because purity is verified per lot, we match the exact documentation to the lot you actually received on request, rather than implying one document covers every batch.

Every Janoshik report carries a unique verification key. Email us with the compound name and we'll send the key, then enter it at janoshik.com/verify to pull up the original report directly from the lab and compare it with ours. Anyone can ask, and you don't need to order first.

Our reports measure the content, not just the purity. Retatrutide 10 mg measured 10.71 mg, BPC-157 10 mg measured 10.74 mg, TB-500 10 mg measured 11.58 mg, and GHK-Cu 50 mg measured 57.29 mg. Every published report measured at or above the labeled amount.

We submitted our Retatrutide sample to Janoshik as a blind test against semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide, so the lab identified the compound without being told what to expect. The report is on our Lab Results page.

HPLC purity is the share of the detected material in the sample that is the target compound, measured by chromatography. It does not tell you how many milligrams are in the vial, which is why our reports also list the measured amount against the label. We give purity to three decimal places rather than a rounded marketing number.

No. Our reports cover identity, quantity, and HPLC purity. They do not test sterility or endotoxins. Our products are supplied as research materials, not as sterile pharmaceutical products.
