Frequently Asked
Common research catalog questions.
If you do not see your question, reach the catalog team through the contact page. Superb Peptides does not provide usage, dosing, or human-consumption guidance of any kind.
01 · Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Add items to the cart, open the cart drawer, click Proceed to Checkout, fill in contact and shipping details, choose Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin, accept the research-use confirmation, and place the order. You'll then see payment instructions for the method you chose.
What payment methods do you accept?
Two methods: Interac e-Transfer (Canadian bank transfer, exact CAD) and Bitcoin (including Lightning, with automatic confirmation through a secure hosted checkout). Wholesale and institutional accounts can arrange alternative settlement — contact us through the contact page with Wholesale / Institutional Account selected.
Why Bitcoin?
Bitcoin works well for a research-use catalog: fast Canada-wide settlement, lower friction than card-network categorisation reviews for research suppliers, and no chargebacks for the buyer to worry about (your transaction is your receipt). We never store payment data.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. Shipping is a flat Canada Post rate chosen at checkout — $10 CAD untracked or $20 CAD tracked, anywhere in Canada. Orders over $500 CAD ship free.
Do you offer wholesale or institutional pricing?
Yes — for academic groups, research institutions, and contract research organisations placing recurring orders. Contact us with your organisation name and the catalog items you order most.
02 · Shipping
How are temperature-sensitive products shipped?
In secure, discreet packaging via Canada Post. Orders dispatch on weekdays, typically Monday through Wednesday. Storage requirements (including refrigeration at 2–8°C where applicable) are listed on each product page.
Where do you ship?
Canada-wide via Canada Post (tracked, signature on request). International handling is reviewed on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before placing an order from outside Canada.
How long does delivery take?
From dispatch, typical transit is 1–2 days within the GTA, 2–4 days across Ontario / Quebec / Maritimes, and 3–6 days to the Prairies, BC, and Northern Canada. See the Shipping & Storage page for the full breakdown.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — your Canada Post tracking number is emailed to the address on the order as soon as the shipping label is generated. You can follow the shipment on canadapost.ca.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Hold the items, photograph the packaging and Canada Post label, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We review the shipment with Canada Post and arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion. We do not require return of compromised material.
03 · Products & Catalog
Are these products approved for human or animal consumption?
No. Every product in the Superb Peptides catalog is supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not approved as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, food, or veterinary products and are not intended for human or animal consumption.
What do the catalog codes (SP-RETA-10, etc.) mean?
SP is the catalog prefix. The middle segment is a short identifier for the peptide (RETA = Retatrutide). The trailing number is the strength per vial in milligrams (10 = 10 mg). The same code appears on the product card, detail page, label, cart, and order summary.
How should I store products on receipt?
Move lyophilized vials to 2–8°C refrigeration on receipt and protect from light. Long-term storage is generally at −20°C — see each product page for product-specific storage notes.
What's in the catalog right now?
Six well-documented reference compounds: Retatrutide, MOTS-c, TB-500, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and Tesamorelin. We deliberately keep the catalog small so every entry can be well-presented and documented.
Do you publish dosing, administration, or human-use guidance?
No. Superb Peptides does not provide usage, dosing, administration, or human-consumption guidance of any kind, and does not make medical, performance, fat-loss, muscle-growth, anti-aging, or disease-treatment claims about any product. Product pages reference published academic research domains for catalog context only.
04 · Documentation
Is documentation available?
Yes. Certificate of Analysis (COA) references, batch and lot identifiers, and label revision history are tracked internally for every shipped item. Verified research customers can request batch-specific documentation through the contact page.
How do I request a Certificate of Analysis?
Email superbpeptide@gmail.com from the address on your order, including the order number and catalog code in the subject (e.g. "Documentation · ORDER NUMBER"). We verify the requesting party against the order and return available documentation by email. Email is the only contact channel.
Why isn't documentation posted publicly?
COA references are matched to specific lots. Posting a single COA publicly would either go stale across lots or imply coverage we can't honestly claim. We tie documentation to the lot you actually received.
What if no third-party documentation exists for a lot?
We disclose that directly. We do not approximate, generalise from other lots, or imply coverage that is not documented for the lot you received.
05 · Compliance & Research Use
Who is allowed to buy from Superb Peptides?
Our catalog is restricted to research-use-only laboratory contexts — academic and institutional labs, biotech research groups, and independent researchers working in compatible settings. By placing an order, the customer represents that they are acquiring the materials for research-use purposes only.
Do you ship to individuals seeking products for personal use?
No. Superb Peptides does not knowingly sell to individuals seeking products for personal consumption, medical use, veterinary use, or any non-research purpose. We reserve the right to decline any order that conflicts with the research-use-only terms.
How do I get in touch with Superb Peptides?
By email only — superbpeptide@gmail.com. We do not take inquiries by phone, social media, or messaging apps. Email from the address on your order (or the one you plan to order from) and include any order number / catalog code so we can route the message quickly.
Where can I read your full disclaimer?
See the Research Use Disclaimer page (linked in the footer). The disclaimer applies to every catalog item, product page, and order.
Are your products approved by Health Canada or the FDA?
No. Catalog items are not drugs, supplements, food, cosmetics, or veterinary products and are not approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any equivalent regulator for human or animal use. They are reference materials supplied for research-use identification only.
All products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption. Not for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, or household use. Product information is provided for research identification and catalog purposes only.
